About the role
- Conduct active listening and provide support for employees' questions and requests
- Advise employees clearly and confidently on policies and processes
- Organize and monitor internal movements and transfers
- Ensure proper formalization/documentation of hires, changes, and terminations
- Manage critical deadlines (probation periods, contracts, documentation)
- Verify data with technical rigor
- Support the hiring/onboarding process — ensuring a well-organized, flawless entry experience
- Monitor probation periods (deadline tracking)
- Act as the guardian of the workflow between Recruitment & Selection (R&S), DHO and Personnel/Payroll (DP)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency
- Availability to work on-site 4 days per week in the South Zone of São Paulo, near Morumbi Shopping Center
- Knowledge of payroll/personnel routines (DP)
- Experience with the GUPY platform (especially the onboarding/admissions module)
- Advanced to fluent Spanish proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
- High attention to detail
- Structured logical reasoning
- Ability to prioritize
- Experience with hiring/onboarding processes and internal movements/transfers
