About the role

  • Conduct active listening and provide support for employees' questions and requests
  • Advise employees clearly and confidently on policies and processes
  • Organize and monitor internal movements and transfers
  • Ensure proper formalization/documentation of hires, changes, and terminations
  • Manage critical deadlines (probation periods, contracts, documentation)
  • Verify data with technical rigor
  • Support the hiring/onboarding process — ensuring a well-organized, flawless entry experience
  • Monitor probation periods (deadline tracking)
  • Act as the guardian of the workflow between Recruitment & Selection (R&S), DHO and Personnel/Payroll (DP)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields
  • Advanced to fluent English proficiency
  • Availability to work on-site 4 days per week in the South Zone of São Paulo, near Morumbi Shopping Center
  • Knowledge of payroll/personnel routines (DP)
  • Experience with the GUPY platform (especially the onboarding/admissions module)
  • Advanced to fluent Spanish proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
  • High attention to detail
  • Structured logical reasoning
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Experience with hiring/onboarding processes and internal movements/transfers
