About the role

  • You are the first point of contact and independently support our clients via phone, email and remote software such as AnyDesk or Teams.
  • You assist our clients with questions and issues related to virtualization solutions, Windows and Linux server services, server hardware, storage components, server operating systems, and networks — according to your qualifications.
  • You continuously monitor our clients' IT environments, perform monthly health checks, provide improvement recommendations and assist with reporting.
  • Execution and oversight of various managed services are also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field.
  • Professional conduct: you demonstrate a professional and service-oriented manner with clients and colleagues.
  • You are familiar with Windows (client/server), Linux, DNS, DHCP and network infrastructures.
  • You have a strong interest in IT security and implement it professionally for our clients.
  • You already have experience in virtualization and cloud computing or show a strong motivation to learn these skills with us.
  • You are curious about new trends and cloud technologies and are willing to continuously develop your skills.
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
