About the role

  • Customer support: You are the first point of contact and independently assist our customers via telephone, email and remote software such as AnyDesk or Teams.
  • Technical support: You assist our customers with questions and problems in the areas of virtualization solutions, Windows and Linux server services, server hardware, storage components, server operating systems, and networks — according to your qualifications.
  • System monitoring: You continuously monitor our customers' IT environments, perform monthly health checks, provide recommendations for improvement and assist with reporting.
  • Managed services: Execution and oversight of various managed services are also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Professional background: You have successfully completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT Specialist — System Integration) or bring comparable know-how.
  • Professional demeanor: You demonstrate a professional, service-oriented approach with customers and colleagues.
  • Communication and teamwork: You are an effective communicator who can work well both in a team and independently.
  • Technical skills: You are familiar with Windows (client/server), Linux, DNS, DHCP and network infrastructures.
  • Interest in IT security: You have a strong interest in IT security and apply it professionally for our customers.
  • Virtualization experience and willingness to learn: You already have experience in virtualization and cloud computing or are highly motivated to acquire these skills with us.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies: You are curious about new trends and cloud technologies and are prepared to continuously develop your skills.
  • Language skills: You possess very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
