About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives
- Foster strong, trusted partnerships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Represent MyOutreach's "Unreasonable Hospitality" customer service ethos, providing a white glove personalised service for our clients
- Drive US expansion by identifying new business opportunities with new logos and expand relationships with existing clients
- Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals to maintain client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions that drive client success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in strategic account management or a similar role within the B2B tech industry
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and growth opportunities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
