About the role

  • Drive MyOutreach’s financial strategy as our Finance Director.
  • Lead financial planning, reporting & operations across global entities.
  • Shape our growth in a dynamic team!
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Provide cash flow management and financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee AP, AR, credit control, payroll, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting.
  • Streamline financial processes across our three entities, considering regional differences.
  • Monitor compliance with local and international accounting regulations.
  • Produce and review balance sheets, P&Ls, and financial reports.
  • Present clear, data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Mentor and support the Accounts Admin, fostering a collaborative finance department.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Finance Director or financial adviser, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong financial planning, cash flow management, and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Proactive, organised, and strategic thinker.
  • Comfortable managing international financial operations.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to mentor and support junior finance staff.
