• Acquiring new clients and shaping as well as further developing the Karlsruhe/Heidelberg/Mannheim region
• Deepening existing client relationships and providing individual, solution-oriented advice across the entire product portfolio
• Increasing revenue by leveraging cross- and up-selling opportunities
• Improving service quality through regular collection and analysis of feedback
• Establishing and further developing all administrative and management processes
• Independently conducting regional annual meetings
• Reviewing and preparing operating and service charge statements, as well as checking condominium fee statements
• Preparing rental contracts, managing receivables, and implementing rent increases
• Coordinating and supporting lettings, including planning handover and acceptance inspections
• Coordinating and managing the involved service providers
• Master data entry and maintenance
