About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary finance business partner to the Nordic Cluster Service Director and leadership team
  • Own the financial steering of the regional Customer Service P&L
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes across the region
  • Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and resource allocation
  • Collaborate closely with the regional service controlling team consisting of three Service Cluster Controllers across the Northwestern Europe Region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
  • Significant experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering within an international and matrix organisation
  • Proven track record of delivering complex finance initiatives and driving operational improvements
  • Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); another language of the cluster is an advantage
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative communication style
