About the role

  • Elevate Midi Health’s social channels by creating brand visuals and creative communications that define the brand’s evolution
  • Design compelling, on-brand social media assets including graphics, videos, animations, and infographics
  • Translate brand visuals to what looks good in-feed, on Reels and across Stories
  • Create high-impact visuals and creative communications that embody the Midi Health brand
  • Develop content that inspires interaction and converts
  • Tailor designs for the unique requirements and best practices of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Stay plugged into social media trends, pop culture, and current events to ensure timely, relevant content
  • Collaborate with design leaders and partner with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate on creative based on engagement metrics
  • Build content from the ground up in a high-growth, mission-driven environment and produce high-quality work quickly

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in visual design, ideally with a focus on social and digital content (agency and/or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio of brand work across social, digital and campaigns
  • Strong design instincts with deep understanding of layout, typography, photography and motion
  • Proven experience designing content for social media platforms, preferably for a consumer-facing brand
  • Hands-on experience creating for Instagram, TikTok and emerging social media platforms
  • Proven ability to translate brand standards and strategic objectives into inspiring, platform-specific creative
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong video editing skills (e.g. Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and ability to produce high-quality content quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Agency Experience (nice to have)
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth marketing (nice to have)
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels (nice to have)
  • Photography and basic videography experience (nice to have)
