About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through support channels.
- Conduct meetings to understand customer needs, requirements, and potential complaints, and work to identify aligned solutions.
- Conduct training sessions to enable customers to use the product.
- Prepare and provide reports related to processed documents as requested by customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of systems or digital platforms (ability to learn and navigate the product).
- Experience in customer service, support, or after-sales.
- Basic understanding of demand mapping and ticket logging.
- Knowledge of performing queries and basic database concepts is a plus.
