About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of medium-complexity customers, overseeing their end-to-end journey and ensuring continuous engagement.
  • Act proactively and analytically to identify risks, opportunities, and challenges, proposing and executing action plans.
  • Develop and implement product adoption, engagement, and value-generation strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead strategic meetings with clients, presenting metrics, insights, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Actively participate in upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities in a consultative manner.
  • Monitor customer health indicators (NPS, churn, engagement, solution usage, etc.) and lead improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support), serving as a bridge between the client and the company.
  • Contribute to the team’s development by creating and improving playbooks, processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Support the development of less experienced analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Consultative Sales, or related areas.
  • Clear, structured communication adaptable to different client profiles.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to lead strategic conversations.
  • Experience with CRM and/or Customer Success platforms.
  • Analytical capability to interpret metrics and support decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and focused on delivering customer value.
