About the role
- Respond to customer questions and requests through support channels.

- Conduct trainings to enable customers on product usage.
- Prepare and provide reports related to processed documents as requested by customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of systems or digital platforms (ability to learn and navigate the product)
- Experience or skills in customer service, support, or after-sales
- Basic understanding of demand mapping and ticket logging
- Knowledge of performing queries and basic database concepts is a plus
