About the role
- Diverse and challenging tasks across the software development lifecycle
- Independently coordinate requirement specifications with clients and business units
- Analyze and implement data preparation processes
- Design and build relational and multidimensional databases
- Optimize existing system solutions in the context of Data Warehousing
- Design and implement data structures
- Develop or adapt reports and dashboards for BI and Data Warehouse processes
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a related field with an IT/computing focus
- Equivalent qualification with a strong IT affinity and ideally experience in controlling
- Professional experience in database development
- Proficient in SQL
- Several years of experience implementing ETL/ELT processes
- Good understanding of data warehouse (DWH) architectures
- Conceptual skills and strong process-oriented and analytical thinking
- Quick comprehension and a structured, result- and quality-oriented way of working
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and interpersonal competence
- Negotiation-level German and working knowledge of English
