About the role
- Responsible for achieving sales targets for the region
- Manage deployment of commercial resources to build and support Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy
- Lead and mentor Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the region
- Build relationships with local KOLs
- Collaborate with team to ensure ROI on local awareness and educational events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years commercial healthcare MedTech experience
- 3 years of leadership roles in the industry
- Experience with class III medical devices in a highly clinical environment that involved building programs
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience with CRM database management, data entry (Salesforce, etc.)
