About the role

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the region
  • Manage the deployment of commercial resources to build and support Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy
  • Lead and mentor Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop Vivistim programs
  • Recruit and hire top talent
  • Generate and foster client relationships
  • Ensure effective sales to exceed sales forecasts and goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 15+ years commercial healthcare MedTech experience
  • 3 years of leadership roles in the industry
  • Experience with class III medical devices in a highly clinical environment that involved building programs.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM database management, data entry (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced with the organization of geographical events (e.g. advisory boards, focus groups, stakeholders summit meeting, Vivistim Summits) to support market access and marketing activities.
