About the role
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the region
- Manage the deployment of commercial resources to build and support Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy
- Lead and mentor Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists
- Identify new business opportunities and develop Vivistim programs
- Recruit and hire top talent
- Generate and foster client relationships
- Ensure effective sales to exceed sales forecasts and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years commercial healthcare MedTech experience
- 3 years of leadership roles in the industry
- Experience with class III medical devices in a highly clinical environment that involved building programs.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior experience with CRM database management, data entry (Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced with the organization of geographical events (e.g. advisory boards, focus groups, stakeholders summit meeting, Vivistim Summits) to support market access and marketing activities.
