About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the marketing and go-to-market strategy of our monday.com business unit
- Further develop positioning, messaging and value proposition for different target audiences and use cases
- Design, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including budget management, performance measurement and continuous optimization
- Develop and manage targeted content across relevant channels such as website, social media, newsletters, webinars and sales enablement materials
- Independently plan and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Work closely with Sales, Consulting and monday.com to identify market potential and to develop and implement joint growth initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in B2B marketing for software, SaaS or IT solutions
- Proven track record marketing complex/technical software solutions, on the vendor, partner or agency side
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of IT decision-makers’ needs, modern B2B customer journeys and data-driven marketing
- Confident use of marketing and CRM tools such as CleverReach, Google Analytics or comparable solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter with the ability to independently build and drive initiatives
- Excellent German and English skills
