About the role
- Active new customer acquisition and development of a strong sales pipeline (Czech Republic + DACH region)
- Reaching out to C-level decision-makers and conducting strategic business discussions
- Presenting our AI/ML and IT software solutions — with a focus on ROI and business value
- Close collaboration with our AI consultants to develop tailored solutions for our clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales of IT/software solutions in an enterprise environment
- Hunter mentality — you love opening new doors and closing deals
- Confidence across the full sales cycle — from identifying new opportunities to signed contracts
- Passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire for continuous professional development
- Fluent German and good communication skills in Czech or English
- Attractive compensation package: base salary from 75,000 CZK + performance-based bonuses
