IT Support

• Oversee all IT infrastructure and operations, including database administration, hosting environments, and production systems.

Lead, Product Support – IT Infrastructure

Engineering Manager

• Lead the engineering team in developing and maintaining MIC’s core SaaS applications.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems.
• Remain hands-on with coding (C#/.NET preferred) and technical reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
• Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap in alignment with product goals and business priorities.
• Champion best practices in Agile development, code quality, test automation, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical deliverables and clear sprint outcomes.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Promote transparent communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute to capacity planning, sprint forecasting, and project estimation.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance developer efficiency.
• Partner with the Head of Technology to manage the engineering budget, tooling costs, and operational reporting.

Data Analyst

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business and product decisions.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to generate actionable intelligence on customer behavior, product performance, and risk modeling.
• Contribute to the development of pricing models, ensuring accuracy and commercial relevance.
• Deliver clear, concise data stories and visualizations that drive executive and operational understanding.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design, implement, and maintain reliable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Write clean, efficient scripts in Python for data cleaning, transformation, and automation.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across multiple systems and environments.
• Work with Azure data services to store, process, and manage large datasets efficiently.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools).
• Automate data refreshes and streamline reporting processes for cross-functional teams.
• Track and communicate key business metrics, providing proactive recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business leads to align analytical outputs with company goals.
• Support the adoption of modern data tools and agentic AI frameworks to improve insight generation and automation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
