About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive HSE compliance and risk management across operations
Support implementation of Michelin's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and best practices
Lead risk assessments and provide HSE guidance for projects and operational changes
Investigate incidents and support audits
Collaborate with leaders and employees to drive HSE initiatives
Deliver HSE training and share best practices
Foster continuous improvement in workplace safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field
Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems
Experience implementing and driving HSE programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Business proficiency in Thai and English
Preferred: experience supporting regional or multinational HSE initiatives
Preferred: knowledge of ISO management systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Preferred: experience leading HSE projects, audits, or incident investigations
