About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee database operations related to SAP, troubleshoot issues, and perform database restoration
  • Assist L3 in system reconfiguration and support system refresh tasks
  • Manage and resolve problems using the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform
  • Understand all processes related to release management and troubleshoot transport management issues
  • Own internal and external audits and implement compliance processes
  • Analyze and implement SAP security measures and review application and database security

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in SAP BASIS, SAP PI products, and database management (HANA)
  • Experienced in database activities including provisioning, recovery, and upgrades
  • Skilled in data archiving and familiar with cloud services (AWS and Azure)
  • Ability to tune performance in a Linux environment with Sybase and Hana databases
