About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage B2B Off accounts of all sizes by representing Michelin team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders
- Bring volume, revenue and margin growth
- Monitor and strength customer relationship, incorporating lessons to close the loop
- Generate new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling and converting them into sales
- Regular daily visits to the end users (agro farms, quarries, logistic centers and ctr.)
- Present products & services and prepare effective proposal for customers
- Checking tires on machines and vehicles, building different types of reports for clients
- Dealer and partners visits
- Capture, manage & answer claims
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
- Propose marketing campaigns and support their implementation
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects including business review
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access; new search opportunities and ensure all current and potential clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Experience in the agricultural or machinery sector is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in English and native-level Romanian
- University degree
- Valid driving license with active driving experience (mandatory)
- Preferably based in the western region of the country (Banat, Crișana, Transylvania)
- Readiness to work on the field (whole country + Republic of Moldova) and traveling inside region
- Strong ability to manage deliverables and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to building and developing relationships with professionals at all levels.
