About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to adapt and strengthen our positioning.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s operations , business strategy, and supply chain requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities within the account and proactively propose tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and business commitments that align with both the customer’s and our company’s objectives.
- Ensure flawless execution of agreements and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (KAM Wholesales, Marketing, product development, supply chain) to optimize our service offer.
- Develop and steer the Key-Account Plan of the customer, with accountability on the expected results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Results-driven approach and the ability to manage complexity.
- Resilience & ability to work under pressure especially during negotiation periods
- Collaboration and Teamwork attitude , as member of a team of Key-Account Managers.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills , capable of representing Michelin at client’s annual sales meeting & other key events.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch , good knowledge English and French.
- Regular Business Trips are required (Travel up to 60%), within Benelux and with Central HQ CFE.
