About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to adapt and strengthen our positioning.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s operations , business strategy, and supply chain requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the account and proactively propose tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and business commitments that align with both the customer’s and our company’s objectives.
  • Ensure flawless execution of agreements and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (KAM Wholesales, Marketing, product development, supply chain) to optimize our service offer.
  • Develop and steer the Key-Account Plan of the customer, with accountability on the expected results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Results-driven approach and the ability to manage complexity.
  • Resilience & ability to work under pressure especially during negotiation periods
  • Collaboration and Teamwork attitude , as member of a team of Key-Account Managers.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills , capable of representing Michelin at client’s annual sales meeting & other key events.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch , good knowledge English and French.
  • Regular Business Trips are required (Travel up to 60%), within Benelux and with Central HQ CFE.
