Material Industrialization Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead material industrialization activities
- Support and industrialize material projects by defining industrialization plans, managing technical risks, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with project scope, complexity, and business needs.
- Drive technical problem-solving and plant support
- Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing plants through problem-solving activities, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate and develop industrialization practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve industrialization methods, maintain material referentials, and contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and technical mentoring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in industrialization, manufacturing, material engineering, process engineering, or project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage technical topics and collaborate across functions
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
- Business proficiency in Thai and English.
- Preferred Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
- Familiarity with risk analysis, industrialization methodologies, or quality planning approaches
- Knowledge of PLM/PMU systems or industrialization tools
- Experience in project coordination or technical support activities.
