About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead material industrialization activities
  • Support and industrialize material projects by defining industrialization plans, managing technical risks, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with project scope, complexity, and business needs.
  • Drive technical problem-solving and plant support
  • Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing plants through problem-solving activities, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate and develop industrialization practices
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve industrialization methods, maintain material referentials, and contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and technical mentoring.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in industrialization, manufacturing, material engineering, process engineering, or project environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage technical topics and collaborate across functions
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Business proficiency in Thai and English.
  • Preferred Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
  • Familiarity with risk analysis, industrialization methodologies, or quality planning approaches
  • Knowledge of PLM/PMU systems or industrialization tools
  • Experience in project coordination or technical support activities.
