Key responsibilities & impact

  • Field Intelligence: Act as the central point for synthesizing field insights and presenting them to the central office.
  • Product Mastery: Ensure your team is fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell our solutions.
  • Champion Collaboration: Promote the exchange of standard processes within and beyond your team to drive collective success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Leadership Excellence: A track record of mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven Experience in: Managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
  • Solving complex business and personnel challenges.
  • Managing budgets with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Engage, to drive customer engagement and sales efficiency.
  • Analytical Approach: Strong ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to align regional activities with broader organizational goals.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required.
