About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a technical expert and influential leader
- Guide teams in the design and implementation of robust, scalable analytical solutions
- Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with Group standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, innovative data solutions that fit the overall product roadmap
- Help shape technical strategies by defining reference architectures, strategic directions and roadmaps aligned with the Group
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions comply with standards and guiding principles
- Facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders (Business / IT)
- Create and maintain clear, accessible, and up-to-date architecture documentation
- Share expertise and knowledge with the architecture community and wider organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 10+ Years in Information technology inducing 5+ years of experience in BI solution & data architecture
- Strong experience in data modeling, designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and BI solutions
- Experience with cloud-based data management solutions (Azure Data Lakes, Databricks), data governance (Unity Catalog, Collibra), and reporting tools (PowerBI)
- Experience with AI in SDLC (Software development lifecycle), advanced analytics, and machine learning technologies. (VsCode, Gitlab, DataIku, Agents, MCP servers)
- Skills in system design and optimization
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
- Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills
- Strong customer focus and commitment to service
- Ability to make informed and effective decisions
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
