About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support various corporate areas and entities of our group within an international team – primarily in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and potentially in Scandinavia.
You advise our internal stakeholders on legal matters, especially in general civil and commercial law as well as antitrust/competition and distribution law.
In doing so, you assess legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions together with both legal colleagues and the specialist departments.
You also support projects and contribute to the ongoing development of processes within the legal department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, you hold both state examinations (full legal qualification), or, in addition to the first state examination, another relevant legal qualification or initial practical experience in a company or law firm.
You see yourself as a generalist with particular interests in general civil and commercial law, antitrust/competition and distribution law.
Knowledge of and interest in data protection/privacy is a plus.
You are committed to modern design of (digital) processes and documents within a legal department (Legal Tech and Legal Design) and to their application and continuous improvement for daily work.
You enjoy presenting confidently in an international context and to larger audiences.
You take pleasure in conducting training sessions.
You are business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
