Tech Lead Incident Response, CERT/CSIRT

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the technical reference for incident response at Michelin
- Technical leader of the Blue Team Incident Response
- Raise the team's level of expertise
- Lead responses to major incidents
- Establish sustainable detection and investigation capabilities for the Group
- Provide technical guidance and upskill analysts (France & international)
- Manage cyber incidents and crises
- Coordinate remediation and long-term hardening actions
- Contribute to defining security policies with architecture teams
- Maintain active threat monitoring
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior expert in Incident Response / CSIRT / CERT with strong technical credibility
- Proven experience in forensic analysis and advanced investigations
- Ability to take technical lead of a team without heavy hierarchical management
- Comfortable in an international environment; professional English required
- Curiosity, rigor, strong knowledge transfer skills and appetite for complex environments
- Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer engineering or cybersecurity
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Incident Handling, Forensics and/or Reverse Engineering (Digital Forensics expertise appreciated)
- Languages: French and English at least B2 level
