About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides basic technical and functional support and assistance to users in order to restore services and ensure the smooth operation of digital solutions.
- Responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical and functional issues, and applying workarounds to restore service.
- Assisting in fixing data in databases and validating solutions before deployment to production.
- Monitoring and supervising the production status with user-centric mindset and proactivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on issue resolution, system improvements, and project initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, follow standard procedures, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in shift-based work schedules to support business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.Sc. IT, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals with hands-on experience in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, Python, or similar.
- Good exposure to SQL including queries, joins, functions, and basic database concepts.
- Excellent communication skills —both verbal and written.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
- Experience working in Linux or basic understanding of Linux commands (preferred).
- Prior exposure to cross‑functional or global team environments (internships, academic projects, etc.) (preferred).
