About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the successful contracting, onboarding, and extended support of newly acquired hotel partners
  • Monitor competition and build long-term relationships with new hotel partners
  • Work closely with your Distribution Manager to activate accounts and provide ongoing guidance
  • Assist partners with rate setup for limited time sales, member only and insider rates, and other special rates
  • Collaborative reporting of market insights and performance data through routine informational audits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience in the hospitality or online travel agency industries in a sales, account management, or business development role
  • Professional proficiency written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to analyze and present performance data clearly and strategically
  • Experience working across international markets and time zones
  • Travel 2–3 times per year within assigned regions
