About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the successful contracting, onboarding, and extended support of newly acquired hotel partners
- Monitor competition and build long-term relationships with new hotel partners
- Work closely with your Distribution Manager to activate accounts and provide ongoing guidance
- Assist partners with rate setup for limited time sales, member only and insider rates, and other special rates
- Collaborative reporting of market insights and performance data through routine informational audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience in the hospitality or online travel agency industries in a sales, account management, or business development role
- Professional proficiency written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to analyze and present performance data clearly and strategically
- Experience working across international markets and time zones
- Travel 2–3 times per year within assigned regions
