About the role

  • Develop and execute pricing frameworks for B2B and MIN channels to support overall strategic and financial targets.
  • Lead pricing for tenders, major contracts, and key negotiations with critical accounts.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, customer behaviour, and cost structures to guide pricing decisions.
  • Evaluate commercial performance, margin outcomes, and pricing effectiveness using dashboards and analytics.
  • Own and maintain price lists, discount structures, governance processes, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal pricing policies, audit requirements, and commercial controls.
  • Support digital pricing initiatives and enhance pricing tools, workflows, and systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial management, finance, or strategy within B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience using pricing platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working within mining, industrial, supply chain, or other operationally complex environments is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
  • Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
