About the role
- Develop and execute pricing frameworks for B2B and MIN channels to support overall strategic and financial targets.
- Lead pricing for tenders, major contracts, and key negotiations with critical accounts.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, customer behaviour, and cost structures to guide pricing decisions.
- Evaluate commercial performance, margin outcomes, and pricing effectiveness using dashboards and analytics.
- Own and maintain price lists, discount structures, governance processes, and approval workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with internal pricing policies, audit requirements, and commercial controls.
- Support digital pricing initiatives and enhance pricing tools, workflows, and systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial management, finance, or strategy within B2B or industrial sectors.
- Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience using pricing platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working within mining, industrial, supply chain, or other operationally complex environments is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
- Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
