About the role
- Develop and optimize processes in mixing, grinding, and calcination
- Lead and manage laboratory and pilot trials with partners
- Perform material and energy balances
- Prepare process books
- Contribute to scale-up and industrialization phases
- Coordinate internal and external technical stakeholders
- Evaluate internal and external production scenarios to guide strategic implementation decisions
- Manage projects from the design phase through to industrial production
Requirements
- Engineering degree or PhD in process engineering / chemical engineering / materials
- Strong experience in thermal processes and unit operations
- Hands-on experience with pilot testing and experimental development
- Strong awareness of process safety
- Autonomy, scientific rigor, and a collaborative mindset
