Senior Technical Training Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform the current technical repository into a structured academy;
- Define teaching and learning methodologies;
- Develop technical training pathways.
- Convert technical content into learning formats such as:
- Courses;
- Videos;
- Interactive materials;
- Ensure standardization of documentation and training materials.
- Create content using editing and design tools;
- Produce videos, animations, and SCORM-compliant content;
- Support the enhancement of the digital learning experience.
- Apply concepts of:
- Instructional design;
- Corporate learning and development;
- Gamification;
- Design learning experiences focused on retention and practical applicability.
- Manage and organize content in the LMS platform;
- Assess improvements to the current platform and support potential upgrades or changes.
- Prepare materials for in-person training;
- Support instructors and hands-on training activities.
- Plan communication strategies with the network and technical teams;
- Develop initiatives to increase adoption and engagement in training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
- Experience in technical training and corporate learning and development;
- Experience creating e-learning content;
- Experience with LMS platforms;
- Knowledge of multimedia material development;
- Experience with training and development techniques (e-learning and classroom);
- Practical knowledge of training tools (Canva, PowerPoint, AI, LMS).
