About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage physical and virtual servers (VMware);
- Operate in hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud), ensuring integration and performance;
- Manage operating systems (Windows and Linux);
- Manage and support networks (Switches, Firewalls, VPN, Routing and Security);
- Monitor, maintain and optimize on-premise data centers;
- Manage backup, storage, patching and security routines;
- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for complex incidents;
- Resolve critical incidents involving networks, systems and communication between environments;
- Contribute to improvement, modernization and cloud migration projects;
- Implement security, monitoring and business continuity routines;
- Automate provisioning and configuration processes (IaC, pipelines, CI/CD);
- Define standards, best practices and governance;
- Ensure security, availability and cost control (FinOps).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Intermediate English
- Desired knowledge:
- - Virtualization, storage, backup, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, WSUS, etc.;
- - Infrastructure security;
- - Solid experience in traditional corporate environments;
- - Networks (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik or equivalents);
- - Firewalls, VPN, VLANs, routing, load balancing;
- - Cloud (AWS/Azure), architecture and security best practices;
- - Virtualization and operating systems;
- - Observability, automation and governance practices.
