About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Operational Excellence management by assisting in the management and monitoring of performance indicators for operational areas.
Provide insights and support the development of levers to assist business areas, challenge teams to develop action plans, and monitor execution to achieve company targets.
Execute operational budget management by assisting in the preparation of the budget (CapEx + OpEx) with peer areas and supporting its management to ensure actuals align with the plan.
Identify levers to optimize costs across areas.
Assist operational planning by gathering inputs from peer areas to help build resource plans (people, equipment, materials) and subsequently monitor them to maximize service levels at the best operational cost.
Support execution of KPI controls by: assisting in the development of synchronized dashboards for operational monitoring and helping with routine reviews of results with peer areas.
Assist discussions with the data team, challenge teams to develop action plans, and monitor execution to achieve company targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or related fields;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong proficiency in data analysis;
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query;
Experience in project management, KPIs, and dashboard development;
