About the role

  • Ensure the quality, timeliness and reliability of financial projections by leading the company’s budgeting and forecasting process;
  • Ensure achievement of targets through monthly performance monitoring and variance analysis against the annual plan;
  • Drive business profitability by building and managing KPIs, conducting detailed monthly close reviews, and enforcing strict expense control in partnership with package managers;
  • Contribute to pricing strategy definition by conducting profitability studies and actively participating in revenue and governance committees (GARE);
  • Support senior management in decision-making through financial and economic analysis, evaluation of strategic projects, preparation of executive materials, and participation in committees and decision forums;
  • Ensure standardization and efficiency of financial routines across LATAM by implementing and disseminating policies and processes aligned with Brazil;
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information through continuous process review, tool automation and data analysis;
  • Lead consolidation of results and the budget at the LATAM level, ensuring alignment between Brazil and other countries, and develop templates and guidelines when necessary;
  • Strengthen governance and strategic alignment with the CFO through structured, recurring communication to ensure transparency, agility in decision-making, clarity of priorities, and visibility of risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Completed postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or related fields;
  • Advanced English - mandatory;
  • Advanced Spanish - a plus.
