About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements
  • Examine estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits
  • Support contract negotiation and reporting
  • Review bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids
  • Coordinate work of various departments and act as liaison between the company and contractors
  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs
  • Draft contract correspondence and contract modifications
  • Monitor contract compliance and deliverables
  • Manage contract files
  • Initiate and monitor the contract close-out process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 years of relevant contracting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or contracting experience in lieu of degree
  • Ability to perform all aspects of contract administration for assigned contracts
  • Ability to analyze RFPs/RFQs and review bids for conformity to contract requirements
