Key responsibilities & impact

Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and project performance
Oversee multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants
Provide technical oversight for roadway, water, and stormwater design
Ensure compliance with IDOT BLRS and local agency requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of municipal or local agency project experience
Experience with IDOT BLRS and Illinois local agency projects
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering required
Illinois PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Strong project management, communication, and client skills
Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads and related tools preferred
