Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
10+ Years of experience in transportation design
5+ years in a supervisory role.
Professional Engineer (PE) License in Michigan
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proposal writing, public speaking ability, and problem-solving skills.
Proven success in project delivery and leading winning proposals.
