About the role

Maintain existing business systems and develop/evolve modern solution offerings to drive efficiency and workforce productivity.
Support a diverse portfolio including Microsoft365, SharePoint/Teams, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio), and commercial/custom solutions.
Define, develop, and enhance new and existing solutions using insights from business partners and market analysis.
Collaborate with business partners to document value propositions and top use cases; work with matrix teams to align on solution roadmaps.
Orchestrate and manage the solution lifecycle from inception through business planning and roadmap execution.
Regularly report key metrics to stakeholders on the status of multiple parallel efforts.
Design and prototype solutions while documenting ROI.
Deliver end-to-end and emerging solutions to drive customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and growth.
Combine business acumen with full-stack technical skills to address complex business challenges.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Business field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing technology solutions, including strong experience with M365/SharePoint/Power Platform (emphasis on SharePoint).
Proficiency in supporting .NET applications, ASP.NET, and Apache Tomcat.
Proficient with programming/scripting languages including C#, Java/JavaScript, JSON, and PowerShell.
Proficient SQL skills and knowledge in MS SQL Database development.
At least 5 years of software application development experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
