About the role

  • Execute and oversee planning, design, and construction for aviation airport clients.
  • Actively work with regional aviation leadership to grow the aviation practice in Texas.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams including cost estimators, GIS, designers, and other engineers.
  • Perform programming, design, and construction engineering for statewide aviation projects.
  • Develop construction plans and specifications for airside and landside projects.
  • Involved in marketing services and pursuing new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related engineering field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in aviation and aviation engineering.
  • Preferred TX Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain.
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, are essential to long term success in this role.
  • Aptitude for communicating with owner/client staff, contractors, and subconsultants.
  • Commitment to and confirmed track record of safely delivering projects on time, under budget, and of the utmost quality.
