Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop end-to-end data and technology solutions, including data ingestion, pipelines, warehouses, semantic layers, dashboards, automations, integrations, and AI-powered applications.
Identify and develop AI use cases that go beyond simple productivity improvements.
Work closely with business teams to understand existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and unnecessary manual work, and redesign processes to make them faster, more accurate, more scalable, and easier to manage.
Continuously integrate new data sources, improve infrastructure, and solve emerging business challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A strong sense of urgency, accountability, and personal ownership.
The ability to work independently, make decisions with incomplete information, and move projects forward without constant supervision.
Advanced SQL skills—you should be able to write complex queries with ease.
Strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, and modern data architectures.
Advanced Python skills for scripting, automation, API integrations, and data processing.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions.
Experience developing AI-powered solutions used in real business processes or production environments, or integrating large language models and machine learning services into applications, workflows, or internal tools.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
