About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the Center’s marketing and communications strategy.
  • Lead external communications and messaging to alumni, donors, partners, and collaborators.
  • Design and manage digital platforms to support communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee engagement with Miami alumni, major donors, and international ecosystem partners.
  • Distribute content, tools, and resources that support the faith and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, digital design, or closely related field by date of appointment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, digital design, or closely related field with 5 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, journalism, digital design, or some combination (as demonstrated by coursework or professional experience).
  • Consideration may be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in business or related field, 4 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, journalism, digital design, or some combination (as demonstrated by coursework or professional experience) and/or with experience in:
  • scaling strategies in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • scaling strategies in higher education.
  • faith and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
  • graphic design.
  • developing platforms to expand new programs or events.
  • Excellent written / oral presentation.
  • Organization skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel.
