About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with relevant industries, organizations, and Miami alumni.
Collaborate with CAS and CCES leadership to understand and represent CAS learning outcomes.
Facilitate alumni participation in classroom visits, project-based learning, job shadowing.
Identify employer and employee educational needs and align them with CAS's current or potential new programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of professional work experience.
Ability to travel.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Master’s degree and 10+ years of professional work experience preferred.
Event planning experience preferred.
Established track record of identifying, developing, and managing relationships, particularly with organizations appealing to CAS majors preferred.
