• Overseeing, analyzing and continuous improvement of Travel related operations and Credit Cards program
• Act as a functional expert for the Credit Cards program
• Acts as the first point of escalation for issues from internal and external customers
• Reviews and updates PCards and Travel expenses related policies and procedures
• Facilitates communication across supported business units
• Provides superior customer service in resolving Pcard and Travel expense reports issues
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives
• Research system and process issues and collaborate with other departments as needed
• Ensures that internal controls related to Credit Cards transactions are executed and improved
