About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and scale contracting operations that enable the successful delivery of MGT’s Advisory Solutions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable contracting processes.
- Oversee full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
- Manage high-volume pipeline of agreements including 1099 and vendor contracts.
- Drive workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements.
- Mentor and develop team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in contract management or related fields.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Experience managing complex agreements.
