About the role

  • Write and adapt standards-aligned Character Education curriculum for grades K-5.
  • You’ll create engaging lesson plans, assessments, and student materials that foster social-emotional learning, ethical decision-making, and positive citizenship.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers
  • Incorporate evidence-based best practices in Character Education instruction
  • Revise materials based on client feedback
  • Support development of professional learning materials for teachers
  • Apply knowledge of current trends in Character Education
  • Integrate innovative strategies and tools to enhance learner engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field
  • Familiarity with AI tools and comfort learning new software platforms
  • Strong familiarity with the US K-12 education system preferred
  • Excellent writing skills required, educational writing experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Comfort with project management tools and deadlines

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
