About the role

  • As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), driving alignment, communication, and execution across the organization.
  • Act as the right-hand to the CEO, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
  • Provide the operational framework to implement the CEO’s vision and drive both annual and long-term goals.
  • Lead initiatives that support organic business growth and inorganic expansion through Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Foster clear and consistent communication across departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Lead the company’s quarterly goal setting and tracking system built around Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
  • Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in corporate leadership, management consulting, private equity, or a similarly strategic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in high-growth, entrepreneurial settings with a strong bias for action.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive clarity.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and relationships.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Experience facilitating executive meetings, retreats, and board-level engagements.
  • Ability to manage and mentor direct reports, including roles such as Deputy Chief of Staff and Executive Scheduler.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
