About the role
- Build, maintain and actively develop client relationships within the defense and security industry
- Develop and implement market access and growth strategies in the defense sector
- Take responsibility for complex IT strategy and transformation projects at security-critical organizations
- Provide consulting on topics such as cloud strategy, IT security, cyber security, IT sourcing and operating models
- Manage projects at senior management and C-level
- Lead, coach and develop consulting teams
- Contribute to proposal processes, business development and thought leadership in the defense context
Requirements
- Several years of project experience in IT or management consulting, ideally with a focus on defense, public sector or other security-critical industries
- Proven market access and an established network in the defense industry
- Strong technical expertise in cloud strategy/governance, IT & cyber security, or IT sourcing/provider management
- Excellent consulting skills, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience leading teams and projects
- Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel
