• Do accounting & assurance functions for clients
• Plan, budget, execute & manage client engagements and/or audits
• Prepare reporting products and billing worksheets
• Complete & deliver services timely and efficiently
• Oversee lower-level associates, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
• Resolve issues independently and identify opportunities to grow services to clients
• Monitor and manage hourly yields for billings and pursue cost savings
• Communicate with associates, HQ personnel, management, partners, and clients
• Participate in professional associations and assist in firm management/administration/personnel functions as assigned
• Limited national travel to client sites and office events/trainings
