About the role
- Do accounting & assurance functions for clients
- Plan, budget, execute & manage client engagements and/or audits
- Prepare reporting products and billing worksheets
- Complete & deliver services timely and efficiently
- Oversee lower-level associates, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
- Resolve issues independently and identify opportunities to grow services to clients
- Monitor and manage hourly yields for billings and pursue cost savings
- Communicate with associates, HQ personnel, management, partners, and clients
- Participate in professional associations and assist in firm management/administration/personnel functions as assigned
- Limited national travel to client sites and office events/trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with requisite accounting coursework
- 3 years relevant public/corporate accounting experience
- 1 year relevant team lead experience
- May undergo background checks

- Limited national travel may be involved (up to 1-2 days/week; single trip not to exceed 5 days)
- Occasional evening hours
