About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute state chapter marketing campaigns supporting membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build, deploy, and manage email, digital, and lifecycle campaigns using established tools, templates, and standards.
- Translate direction from Association Managers and chapter leaders into campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and deployment across channels.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand and compliance standards.
- Track and report on campaign performance against defined goals and benchmarks.
- Analyze results and surface insights for Association Managers and marketing leadership.
- Recommend tactical optimizations to improve outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- 4+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
- Experience working with associations, chapters, or membership-based organizations preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing execution best practices, including email marketing, digital campaigns, lifecycle communications, and audience segmentation.
- Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, email platforms, and campaign deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to track results and interpret data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build, manage, and execute campaigns using established templates, standards, and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
