💰 $72,000 - $91,000 per year

About the role

  • Oversee and coordinate all conference related technology used across MGMA’s in person meetings and events
  • Ensure tools are properly configured, accurate, and up to date
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and lead internal technology planning meetings
  • Maintain reporting cadence for weekly and quarterly updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate registration processes and serve as a primary point of contact for registration
  • Manage on-site technology needs including registration desk and attendee check-in
  • Research event technology industry updates and monitor technology trends
  • Train department colleagues on new and updated conference software technology

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or related experience is required
  • A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or similar credential is preferred
  • Project and/or Product management experience is preferred
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in meetings, events, or conference planning, registration, and event project/product management or similar is required
  • Experience with conference mobile apps, reporting tools, and virtual event platforms
  • Experience with CadmiumCD products preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Experience with Jira and/or Agile methodologies preferred (training available)
